Abstract

Secondary language: English
Secondary title: Analysis of regulation of unmanned aerial vehicles in Slovenian airspace
Secondary abstract: In the Diploma thesis we comprehensively analyse the complexity of legislation at the national level of the Republic of Slovenia and at the level of the European Union. In doing so, we categorised drones, their areas of use, the distribution of airspace, obtaining the pilot licence for drones, the identification process and, last but not least, the responsibilities of operators and pilots of drones. We also focused on the practical application of the legislation for specific cases of different categories of drones and put forward proposals for the implementation of the new European Union legislation in the future.
