Abstract

Podjetja se nenehno prilagajajo in borijo za obstoj na zahtevnem tržišču. Konkurenčna prednost so zagotovo zaposleni, saj predstavljajo gonilno silo podjetja. Bistven dejavnik, ki vpliva na učinkovitost in uspešnost določene organizacije, pa je njegova organizacijska klima, ki močno vpliva na samo zadovoljstvo zaposlenih pri opravljanju dela. Na uspešnost podjetja vpliva prizadevanje zaposlenih, vloženi trud, vrednote in prepričanja, ki jih razvijejo do podjetja, v katerem so zaposleni. Njihovo zadovoljstvo pa je pod vplivom raznih dejavnikov, za katere mora podjetje poiskati ravnotežje, ki bo imelo pozitiven učinek na vse zaposlene. Pri doseganju pozitivne organizacijske klime je potrebno veliko sodelovanja in komunikacije med vodilnimi in zaposlenimi. Magistrsko delo sestavljata dva dela. Prvi del zajema teoretične opredelitve definicij zadovoljstva zaposlenih, organizacijske klime ter njune medsebojne povezanosti. Empirični del zajema kratek opis podjetja X, v katerem je bila opravljena raziskovalna metoda anketnega vprašalnika. Vključeni so tudi opisi pridobivanja podatkov, izvedbe analiziranja in predlogov za izboljšavo. Ključna ugotovitev je, da ima organizacijska klima vpliv na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v podjetju X.

Secondary title: The impact of organizational climate on the satisfaction at work of employees in the company X
Secondary abstract: Companies are constantly struggling and adapting for their existence in a challenging market. The competitive advantage of company is certainly its employees, as they represent force of the company. An essential factor influencing the efficiency and effectiveness of a company is its organizational climate. It has a major impact on employee satisfaction in the job. The success of the company is influenced by the efforts of the employees, values and beliefs they develop towards the company in which they are employed. Their satisfaction is influenced by various factors, for which the company needs to find a balance that will have a positive impact on all employees. Achieving a positive organizational climate requires a great deal of collaboration and communication between managers and employees. The master degree consists of two parts. The first part covers theoretical definitions of employee satisfaction, organizational climate and their connection. The empirical part contains a presentation of company X and the survey method of the survey questionnaire. Also includes obtaining data, analysis and suggestions for improvement. Key findings is that the organizational climate affects employee satisfaction at company X.
