Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena idejna zasnova sistema za identifikacijo aluminijastih okroglic z uporabo 2D-matričnih kod, s katerimi bi te označevali za boljšo sledljivost materiala. Tako označene okroglice bi nato pregledovali s pametnimi kamerami pred obdelavo v proizvodni celici (v tem primeru stiskalni liniji). Predstavljeni so rezultati testiranja kamer različnih proizvajalcev in oblika ustrezne matrične kode z ozirom na potrebne informacije in sposobnosti gravirne naprave. Poleg teoretičnega opisa sistema je podan še CAD-model hipotetične proizvodne linije. S tem sistemom je izključena možnost človeške napake pri zalaganju linije z vhodnim materialom in s tem uporaba napačnega materiala v proizvodnji.

Secondary title: Identifying billets marked with 2D matrix codes using industrial vison
Secondary abstract: The thesis presents a conceptual design of a system for identifying aluminium billets, by utilizing 2D matrix codes, with which the billets would be marked before manufacturing. To check the codes we would use smart cameras to analyse the material before processing in the manufacturing cell (in our case extrusion line). We present the results of the tests done on cameras of different manufacturers, as well as the matrix code design based on the amount of information to be stored and the capabilities of our engraving machine. Along with the theoretical concept, we also provide a CAD model of a hypothetical production line. The arrangement would remove the risk of human error.
