Secondary title: | Printed circuit board holder for an electronic product |
Secondary abstract: | We look at one part of product development process. We focus on choosing the most appropriate manufacture process for the part and creation of part 3D models with regard to the chosen manufacture process. When the process is chosen we find its limitations and expose them. Then we update our part 3D models with regard to manufacture process limitations. Finally we check our 3D models with software simulations to confirm that they are prepared for the next step of development process. We have shown what impact is presented on part development process by the choice of part manufacture process and shown how to identify and incorporate process limitations in parts final 3D models. We have also shown how modern analytical software tools can be used to confirm the quality of our work and produce best possible product for further development or production. |
