Secondary title: | Economics of laser cutting adn CNC punching |
Secondary abstract: | The diploma thesis describes the cost-effectiveness of cutting metal sheets between laser cutting and CNC punching. We wanted to show when which technology is more suitable for use in a particular situation. The case was considered with the help of two pieces from practice at different materials and thicknesses. After writing the program and all the calculations of the costs, we found that laser cutting is more suitable for small batches and more complex products. While CNC punching is more suitable for larger batches and simpler products. |
