Abstract

Projektna naloga obravnava opredelitev energijske učinkovitosti stanovanjske hiše na vzhodu pokrajine Goričko. Naloga obsega opis postopkov računanja energijske učinkovitosti objektov po veljavnih standardih ISO in prikaz računanja na konkretnem primeru stanovanjske hiše. Prikazani so izračuni toplotnih prepustnosti gradbenih konstrukcij, toplotnih mostov s programom HTflux in koeficienta toplotnega prehoda. Na podlagi teh podatkov smo izračunali potrebno letno količino energije za ogrevanje, energijsko opredelili hišo in analizirali cenovno najugodnejše sredstvo za ogrevanje pri danih možnostih obravnavane hiše. Pri gradbenih konstrukcijah, ki niso izvedene v skladu s pravilnikom PURES, smo predlagali ustrezno sanacijo in informativno izračunali, za koliko se potrebna letna količina energije za ogrevanje zmanjša ob njihovi izvedbi.

Secondary abstract: This project includes a case-study calculation of energy efficiency of a residential house located in the eastern region of Goričko. The work includes a description of computational procedures of energy efficiency described in valid ISO standards. We have calculated the thermal transmittance of building components, linear thermal transmittance of thermal bridges using the HTflux computer program and the overall the heat transfer coefficient of a building. Also, the most cost effective fuel for heating the building was proposed. For building components that did not follow the PURES recommendations, suitable renovation was proposed, and the possible savings of heating costs after renovation were calculated.
