Abstract

Gasilstvo na Slovenskem uživa velik ugled, a ga mora s svojim delovanjem in učinkovitim posredovanjem vedno znova upravičevati. Pri tem se pojavljajo ključna vprašanja o pripadnosti kot tudi usposobljenosti. Ker usposobljenost v veliki meri sloni na pripravljenosti posameznikov v organizaciji, se različna stopnja pripadnosti lahko odrazi tudi na frekventnosti izobraževanj in s tem na operativni usposobljenosti posameznikov. Zato smo v nalogi želeli poiskati rešitev za načine usposabljanja v društvu ter ustvariti sistem, ki bo skrbel oz. izboljšal njegovo delovanje. V diplomskem delu s opisujemo specifičnosti izobraževanja odraslih in permanentnega izobraževanja. Nato opišemo gasilsko organizacijo in usposabljanje njenih pripadnikov. Kasneje raziščemo priznane metode, ki jih moramo vključiti zaradi zagotavljanja efektivnega izobraževanja. Raziskujemo tudi relativno nov pojem »igrifikacija« in opisujemo specifičnosti. V zaključku razpravljamo o enostarešinstvu in odnosih pri usposabljanju, ki pomembno vplivajo na samo izobraževanje. Za rešitev problema usposabljanja smo ustvarili sistem, s katerim bi vzpostavil učno okolje za gasilce in do katerega bodo dostopali preko računalnikov in pametnih naprav. S tem bi zagotovili agregirano bazo učne snovi in omogočili preprosto kreiranje učnih vsebin, namenjenih specifični tematiki, da bi poskrbeli za teoretsko obnovitev znanja in pripravo gasilcev na praktične vaje.

Secondary abstract: The fire service in Slovenia enjoys a great reputation. Nevertheless, it must always justify it with its actions and effective intervention. This raises key questions about the affiliation of firefighters as well as their qualifications. As competence is largely based on the readiness of individuals in the organization, different levels of affiliation reflect in the frequency of training and thus in the operational competence of individuals. Therefore, we wanted to find a solution for the most effective training and create a system that will improve its operation. In our thesis, we describe the specifics of adult education as well as permanent education. We then describe the organization and the training of its members. Later, we explore the recognized methods to ensure effective education, define a relatively new concept of “gamification” and describe its specifics. In conclusion, we discuss eldership and training relationships that have a significant impact on education itself. To solve the training problem, we have created a system that would establish a learning environment for firefighters, to which they will access through computers and smart devices. This would provide an aggregated base of learning material and thus enable easy creation of learning content. In this way, the theoretical renewal of knowledge will be achieved and prepare firefighters for their practical exercises.
