Secondary title: | The contrastive analysis of syntactic constructions in Slovenian and Russian legal texts |
Secondary abstract: | The master thesis analyses the syntax of Russian and Slovenian legal texts. It addresses the term of legal language and legal texts and presents international treaties as one of the text types in legal texts. The research materials used are eight international treaties concluded between Republic of Slovenia and the Russian Federation. The structure and phrasing that are found in specific construction parts of treaties in Slovenian and Russian, are described with contrastive analysis. This enables depiction and comparison of syntactic constructions in both languages. |
