Abstract

V preučevanem podjetju so se v skladu s strateškimi usmeritvami na področju proizvodnje kuhinj odločili proces prenoviti z namenom povečanja produktivnosti in izboljšanja kakovosti. V okviru diplome smo izdelali model procesa proizvodnje kuhinj v notaciji BPMN in predlagali organizacijske in tehnološke spremembe procesa na mestih, kjer smo ugotovili pomanjkljivosti. Ugotovili smo številna informacijska ozka grla, ki bi jih lahko rešili s tem, da bi določena delovna mesta opremili s terminalom, ki je povezan s čitalcem črtne kode, s katerim bi iz črtne kode odčitali informacijo o tehnološkem postopku, prav tako pa bi na tem terminalu potrdili uspešno izvedeno tehnološko operacijo. Proizvodnja bo potrebovala tudi organizacijske spremembe, kot so povečanje skladiščnih površin s postavitvijo novih regalov in uvedba novih delovnih mest, s katerimi bi razbremenili obstoječa delovna mesta, na katerih poteka preveč aktivnosti. V diplomski nalogi smo tako dokazali, da bi z informacijskim podprtjem na delovnih mestih odpravili večino težav, ki se pojavljajo tekom tehnoloških operacij, in da bi z majhnimi organizacijskimi spremembami zagotovili bolj tekočo proizvodnjo.

Secondary title: Developing an information system of kitchen manufacturing
Secondary abstract: In the studied company, in accordance with the strategic plans of kitchen manufacturing, the decision to renovate the process with the purpose to increase productivity and improve its quality has been made. In the context of the thesis we made a model of the kitchen manufacturing process in the notation of BPMN and suggested organizational and technological changes of the process in places where the deficiencies were found. We have found several information bottlenecks, which could be solved solved by installing a terminal with a bar code scanner on specific workplaces. The bar code scanner would read an information about technological process from a bar code and it would also confirm its successful tehnological operation. The production is also in need of some organizational changes, such as the increasing the storage areas by setting up new storage racks and the introduction of new workplaces in order to relieve the exiting ones with too many activities. In the thesis we have shown that establishing the information system on workplaces would solve most of the problems, which occur during the current technological operations. Furthermore, small organizational changes would certainly ensure smoother and more reliable production.
