Vpliv načina brušenja podlage na lastnosti površinskih sistemov lesenih talnih oblog

Abstract

Proučevali smo vpliv načina končnega brušenja lesenih talnih oblog na lastnosti utrjenih površinskih sistemov. Preverjali smo dva najbolj klasična postopka končnega brušenja lesenih talnih oblog % tračno in rotacijsko brušenje. S standardnimi metodami smo preverili debelino utrjenega filma, sijaj in oprijem filma laka na podlago. S standardnimi preizkusi smo tako ugotovili, da dobimo z rotacijskim finalnim brušenjem boljše ali enake lastnosti utrjenih površinskih sistemov kot pri tračnem finalnem brušenju. Vizualno smo skušali opredelili tudi estetske razlike posameznih površinskih sistemov, vendar bi za objektivno oceno potrebovali večje vzorce.

Secondary abstract:	We studied what effects different types of final sanding of wood flooring have on characteristics of surface hardened materials. We studied two basic types of final sanding % belt and orbital sanding. We used standard methods to check the thickness of hardened film, its gloss and the grip of varnish film. With standardised tests we have come to the conclusion that final orbital sanding gives better or the same characteristics of surface hardened materials as belt sanding. With visual observation we tried to specify aesthetic differences of individual surface systems but we would need larger samples for an objective assessment in this subject.
