Abstract

Tema diplomskega dela izhaja iz praktičnega usposabljanja v podjetju Izoelektro, d. o. o. Diplomsko delo obravnava avtomatizacijo stiskanja jedra odvodnika na hidravlični stiskalnici, poudarek je na samem načrtovanju konstrukcije za avtomatizacijo, ki je dovolj preprosta, da ga lahko izdelamo sami. V programskem paketu SolidWorks smo najprej pripravili CAD-model predlagane rešitve, sledila je izdelava tehniške dokumentacije, na koncu pa smo s pomočjo tehniških katalogov izdelkov izbrali ustrezne standardne elemente ter elektro in pnevmatske elemente za načrtovano konstrukcijo. Predlagano avtomatizacijo na hidravlični stiskalnici smo testirali in jo glede na rezultate delovanja ustrezno izboljševali. Izdelano konstrukcijo smo testirali v praksi. Izkazala se je kot učinkovita rešitev. Ustrezno je bila prilagodljiva različnim višinam jeder odvodnika, s čimer smo zagotovili kontrolirano kakovostno izdelavo, skrajšal se je čas izdelave in razbremenili smo delavce.

Secondary abstract: The topic of the thesis derives from practical training at the company Izoelektro, d. o. o. The diploma thesis discusses the automated crimping process of the fittings on the arrester core on a hydraulic crimping machine, where the biggest emphasis is placed on the design of the construction which is simple enough, to be built at the company Izoelektro. We made 3D models in SolidWorks software package, prepared technical drawings and with the help of technical product catalogues selected the appropriate standard elements along with electric and pneumatic elements for the designed construction. The automated process of the hydraulic crimping machine was tested and improved according to the end results. The process was tested on actual products and turned out to be successful. The automated process was suitable for all surge arrester core heights which provided quality controlled production, shortened production times and relieved workers.
