Abstract

CNC stroj je motorizirana premikajoča se naprava, ki je krmiljena z uporabo računalnika glede na specifične vhodne inštrukcije. CNC rezkalni stroj je naprava, namenjena obdelavi plastičnih, lesenih in kovinskih obdelovancev. Deluje po principu odstranjevanja materiala. To doseže z rezkalnim nožem, ki se hitro vrti in reže material. Uporabljajo se rezkalna orodja (rezkarji) različnih geometrij, s katerimi dosežemo različne površine obdelave. Stroj lahko vsebuje tudi CNC krmilje ter primerne motorje za pomik (X, Y, Z), zato ga je možno sprogramirati tako, da opravi zaporedje določenih pomikov, s katerimi obdelamo površino obdelovanca in dosežemo končno obliko.

Secondary abstract: A CNC machine is a motorized maneuverable tool, which is controlled by a computer, according to specific input instructions. CNC milling machine is a device used for processing plastics, wood and metal workpieces. It works by removing material. This is achieved with special cutting teeth that spin fast and cuts through material. Different cutting tools (cutters) with different geometries can be used so we can achieve different machining surfaces and shapes. These machines can contain CNC unit and appropriate motors for feed (X, Y, Z), which can be programmed to complete a series of moves, meanwhile cutting tool cuts the desired final shape of the workpiece.
