Abstract
Mehatronske sisteme danes najdemo v vseh vrstah industrije, ustanovah in domovih. V diplomski nalogi je opisano načrtovanje in izdelava programskega algoritma za čistilno zlagalni stroj Eltras v podjetju ETI Proplast, d. o. o. Vodenje stroja je izvedeno s PLK Siemens S7-1214, ki povezuje mehanske in električne komponente v delovno harmonijo. V okviru naloge so predstavljeni uporabljeni aktuatorji, električne in senzorske komponente ter programsko okolje TIA-Portal V15, kot tudi krmilnik in vizualni prikaz na stroju. V praktičnem delu naloge je predstavljen in prikazan potek uporabljenega programskega algoritma. Osrednji rezultat diplomskega dela je zasnovan delujoč programski algoritem in sodelovanje v fazi zagona stroja.

Today, we can find mechatronic systems in all types of industries, institutions and homes. The bachelor’s thesis describes the design and implementation of a programming algorithm for a cleaning and folding machine Eltras, for the ETI Proplast, d. o. o. company. The machine is driven by the PLK Siemens S7-1214, which connects the mechanical and electrical components into a working harmony. The electric, sensory components in the programming environment TIA-Portal V15 will be described, as well as the central process unit, and visual display on the machine. In the practical section of the thesis, the course of the programming algorithm will be shown and presented. The main goal of the bachelor’s thesis is to gain a working programming algorithm and cooperation in the launch phase of the machine. |
