Načrtovanje proizvodnje prijemala v procesu rokovanja z medom

Abstract

Diplomsko delo prikazuje celoten potek priprave proizvodnje prijemala v procesu rokovanja z medom. V izhodišču je predstavljeno podjetje, ki izdeluje izdelek. V jedru se seznanimo z izdelkom, potekom konstruiranja izdelka, pregledom konkurenčne ponudbe na trgu in načrtovanjem proizvodnje izdelka. Pogledamo si izbiro materiala in obdelovalnih strojev in obdelovalnih postopkov, obrazce delovnega poteka, analizo dela in primerjalna obrazca stroškovne kalkulacije za maloserijsko in velikoserijsko proizvodnjo. Diplomsko delo se zaključi s sklepom, v katerem so ovrednotene teze, cilji, predpostavke in omejitve diplomske naloge. Diplomska naloga vsebuje tudi poglavje Priloge, kjer so zbrani strojni listi obdelovalnih naprav in obrazci analiz del za jasen prikaz stroškovne kalkulacije.

Secondary abstract:	This paper presents the production preparation process for the production of a gripping tool used in the process of handling honey. This thesis starts with a description of the company that produces the product. The second part of this paper presents the product, describes the product design process, and examines market competition and production planning. The latter examines the choice of the material, the machine tools and production techniques, specific for this product. Corresponding forms, related to the production process, are presented – the workflow analysis forms, and comparative cost estimation forms for small-scale and large-scale production. This paper concludes with the evaluation of thesis objectives and hypotheses, and presents possible limitations of the paper. This thesis includes a chapter “Appendix” which comprises of machine data sheets and workflow analyses forms with a clear depiction of cost estimation.
