Abstract

Upravljanje zalog materiala je za vsako proizvodno podjetje pomembna dejavnost. V proizvodnem procesu sodeluje že v zgodnjih fazah, ko material vstopi v proizvodni proces, spremlja pa ga vse do tiste faze, ko prevzame obliko končnega izdelka. Podjetju omogoča nemoteno delovanje proizvodnih procesov in preprečuje morebitne zastoje ter stroške, povezane z le-temi. Ena izmed pomembnejših funkcij upravljanja zalog materiala je analiza zalog, ki determinira pomembnost posameznih materialov, jim določa obseg, na podlagi le te pa se oblikujejo naročila za dobavitelje. Proizvodnim podjetjem, kot je ADK d. o. o., ki razpolagajo z ogromnimi količinami zalog, je funkcija analize zalog ena najpomembnejših. S pomočjo ABC in XYZ analize bomo razporedili materiale glede na stroške, ki nastanejo pri poslovanju, in dinamiko porabe v določenem časovnem obdobju. Rezultati analiz nam bodo dali podatke, katerim materialom je treba v nabavnem procesu posvečati več pozornosti in kako na splošno načrtovati porabo zalog materiala v prihodnosti.

Secondary abstract:	Material inventory management is an important activity for every manufacturing company. It participates in the production process from the early stages, when the material enters the production process, and monitors it until the stage when it takes the form of the final product. It enables the company that their production processes operate smoothly and prevents possible downtime and costs associated with them. One of the most important functions of material inventory management is inventory analysis, which determine the importance of individual materials, determines their scope, and forms a basis for orders for supplier to be formed. It represents one of the most important functions for manufacturing companies such as ADK d. o. o., which have huge quantities of stock. With help of the ABC and XYZ analysis, we will distribute material according to the costs incurred in the business and according to the dynamics of consumption during certain period of time. The results will give us information on which materials need more attention in procurement process an how to plan the general consumption of material inventory in the future.
