Abstract

V Sloveniji smo se v zadnjih letih vedno bolj začeli zavedati ne le besede mobing, temveč tudi njenega pomena in posledic. Velik pritisk družbe na kopico aktivno zaposlenih, ki so primorani narediti vedno več — ne glede na njihovo število — je neizmeren. V delovnem okolju, kot je zdravstvo, kjer ni prostora za napake, jasno vidimo pomanjkanje komunikacije, nezaupanje, strah, sledijo konflikti, mobing, kar pa vodi organizacijo v propad. Problem je globalen, vendar se ne smemo izgovarjati nanj, potrebno je ukrepati in se truditi, da dostojanstvo zaposlenih ostane celostno. Le tako se bomo lahko pohvalili s kvalitetno opravljenim delom in z zadovoljnimi delavci. Izvajanje mobinga je pogosto povezano z zlorabo moči, pri čemer se žrtve zelo težko branijo. Posebej se je težko braniti pred prefinjenimi oblikami mobinga, kot so: degradacija dela in socialna izključenost. Žrtev mobinga je lahko vsak v takšni ali drugačni obliki: zaposleni lahko mobirajo svojega šefa, mobirajo se enaki po rangu in nadrejeni podrejene.

Secondary abstract: For the last few years in Slovenia we have become increasingly aware of not only the word mobbing, but also its meaning and implications. Considerable pressure of society on stack of active employees who are forced to do more and more depending on their number is immense. In the working environment such as health where is no room for errors we can clearly see a lack of communication, mistrust, fear, followed by conflicts and mobbing, which leads to the collapse of the organization. Even that problem is global we cannot articulate it on the contrary it is necessary to take action and try to remain intact the dignity of employees. Only then we can praise the quality of work and satisfied employees. Implementation of mobbing is often associated with abuse of power, while the victim is very difficult to defend. Specifically, it is difficult to defend against subtle forms of mobbing as the degradation of labor and social exclusion. Victim of mobbing can become anybody in one form or another: mobbing of employees over their boss, mobbing between the same ranking and senior over subordinates.
