Abstract
Zdravje je naša največja vrednota, je temelj razvoja in blagostanja posameznika ter celotne družbe. Zdravje je splošna vrednota in bistveni vir za produktivno in kakovostno življenje vsakega posameznika in skupnosti kot celote. Zdravje je dinamično ravnovesje telesnih, duševnih, čustvenih, osebnih in socialnih prvin, ki ga vidimo v zmožnosti opravljanja vsakodnevnih funkcij in prilagajanja okolju.
Pravice in dolžnosti delodajalcev in zaposlenih v zvezi z varnim delom in ukrepi so urejeni z Zakonom o varnosti in zdravju pri delu – ZVZD. Zakon ima jasen namen, in sicer zagotoviti varno in zdravo delo. V njem so opredeljena načela, pravila ter aktivnosti, ki morajo posamezniku omogočiti uspešno opravljanje poklicnega dela in to brez škode za njegovo zdravje od prvega delovnega dne pa do konca delovne dobe.
Promocija zdravja so skupna prizadevanja delavcev, delodajalcev in družbe, da bi izboljšali zdravje in dobro počutje na delovnem mestu. To lahko dosežemo s trudom, da bi izboljšali organizacijo dela in delovnega okolja, spodbujali zaposlene, da se udeležujejo zdravih dejavnosti, omogočali izbiro zdravega načina življenja in spodbujali osebnostni razvoj. Promocija zdravja na delovnem mestu so ciljani ukrepi in aktivnosti, ki jih delodajalec izvaja zaradi krepitve in ohranjanja telesnega in duševnega zdravja delavcev.
Temo diplomskega seminarja smo si izbrali zato, ker je promocija zdravja v podjetjih slabo predstavljena ali pa sploh ni. Ker je trenutno gospodarsko stanje slabo, smo se odločili to temo podrobno raziskati. Veliko je tudi brezposelnih, veliko podjetij sploh ne izvaja programa promocije zdravja, veliko pa ga, ampak neuspešno. Največ je za to kriv delodajalec, saj mora ravno on predpisati program promocije zdravja pri delu, sestaviti Izjave o varnosti, oceniti tveganja za vsako delovno mesto v podjetju ter nato vse skupaj izvajati. Osredotočili smo se tudi na manjše podjetje, v katerem smo raziskali program promocije zdravja ter si postavili vprašanje, ali je mogoče program zasnovati. Najbolj pomembno za podjetje je, da so zaposleni zdravi in da se počutijo varne, kar posledično vodi k temu, da je podjetje uspešno.
V diplomskem seminarju smo proučili, kaj mora vsebovati program promocije zdravja, ocena tveganja in Izjava o varnosti. V podjetju X pa smo preučili program promocije zdravja in se vprašali, ali ga je mogoče izboljšati.
Ključni pogoj za uspešno podjetje je program promocije zdravja, saj brez programa ni zdravih, motiviranih zaposlenih, brez zaposlenih pa ni podjetja. Če ima podjetje zapisan dober program, bo podjetje uspešnejše in bolj zdravo.

Health is the most valuable thing we have, it's the foundation of the development and well-being of the individual and society as a whole. Health is the most general value and the most basic source of productive and quality life of each individual and the whole community. Health is dynamic balance between physical, spiritual, emotional, personal and social element, what we see in capability of performing everyday function and adapting to the environment.
The rights and duties of employers and employees in relationship with safe work and safety measures are determined with law about safety and health at work (ZVZD). The law has clear intention, which is to ensure safe and healthy work. In the law, there are principles, rules and activities, which must allow safe and successful performance of the professional work to the individual, without harm to his health from his first workday until retirement.
Health promotion is common effort between employers, employees and society to improve health and good well-being in the workplace. We can achieve this with effort, to improve work organisation and work environment, to encourage employees to participate in healthy activities, and enable the choice for a healthy living, and encourage personal development. Promoting health in the workplace are targeted measures and activities, that employers implement for strengthening and maintaining physical and emotional health amongst workers.
We chose this theme of the bachelor thesis, because promoting healthy lifestyle is poorly presented or it isn’t at all in companies. Because of the poor economy at the moment, we decided to explore this topic in depth. There is a lot of unemployment, a lot of companies are not implementing the program for promoting a healthy lifestyle, or they are doing so unsuccessfully. The biggest fault can be attributed to the employers, because they are suppose to prescribe the program for promoting health at work, and assemble a statement about health, asses the risks for each workplace, and present it all to the workers. We have focused on a smaller company, where we researched health promotion and asked ourselves, whether it was possible to design such a program. The most important thing for the company are healthy employees, and safe workplace, because only then can a company be successful.
We have studied in the diploma thesis what such a program, that promotes health, risk assessment and safety statement, needs. In a company X we also assessed health promotion program and asked ourselves, whether it was possible to improve it.
The key condition for successful company is a health promoting program, because without it there are no healthy, motivated employees, and without them, there is no company. If a company has a good program, then the company will be more successful and healthier. |
