Abstract

V diplomskem delu bom predstavil pomemben vidik pri strojegradnji, to je varnost strojev. Uporabljal sem metode, skladne s standardoma EN ISO 13849-1 in EN ISO 13849-2, ki opisujejo varnostni del krmilnega sistema stroja. Prvotno sem predstavil teoretična izhodišča iz standardov, predstavil stroj in uporabljene varnostne komponente na stroju, izračunal sem raven zanesljivosti in na koncu izvedel validacijo. Zaradi hitrejšega načina izračuna ravni zanesljivosti sem uporabljal splošno dostopen program SISTEMA. Rezultati so predstavljeni kot pripete slike v diplomskem delu in kot poročilo, ki ga izda program, in je podano v prilogah. Stroj je z uporabljenimi varnostnimi komponentami dosegel vse zahteve, ki sta jih zahtevala kupec in zakonodaja za stroj.

Secondary title: Validation of safety-related part of control system of an I.H.S. machine
Secondary abstract: In this diploma will be presented the important aspect of machine building, machine safety. The methods I used and presented are according to standards EN ISO 13849-1 and EN ISO 13849-2, which define the safety related part of a control system a machine. First I described the theoretical background from the standards, described the machine and the used safety related components, calculated the performance level and made the validation. For speeding up the process of calculating the performance level the generally available program SISTEMA is used. The results are shown during the diploma as pictures and a report, which is issued with the program is added in the annex. The machine with the used safety components reached all the requirements given by the buyer and the legislation of the machine.
