Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena pomembnost ustvarjalnosti pri študentskih mednarodnih raziskovalnih projektih in kako jo pospeševati. Prikazan je pomen oblikovanja ustreznega projektnega tima, gradnje in ohranjanja zavzetosti ter uporabe tehnik ustvarjalnega razmišljanja. Na podlagi empiričnih izkušenj, pridobljenih s sodelovanjem na študentskem mednarodnem raziskovalnem projektu Product Innovation Project, smo ugotovili, da je projekt možno prilagoditi vplivom zunanjega okolja, kot je pojav pandemije ter da imajo s sodelovanjem na študentskih projektih korist tako sodelujoči študentje, kakor tudi podjetje oz. industrijski partner.

Secondary title: Creativity fostering within student international development projects
Secondary abstract: The Diploma thesis presents the importance of creativity in students international development projects and its stimulation. It shows the meaning of forming appropriate project team, its maintenance of work engagement and the use of creative thinking techniques. We participated in student international development project named Product Innovation Project and based on empirical experience, we found that the project is possible to adjust the effects of external environment, such as pandemic and that the participation in student projects has advantages for both, students and industrial partners.
