Abstract
Diplomsko delo obravnava pripravo kinematičnega modela CNC rezkalnega stroja CV-14B in njegovega poprocesorja. Na začetku je predstavljena splošna teorija kinematike strojev, koordinatnih sistemov in CNC programiranja. V nadaljevanju je obravnavano modeliranje komponent stroja. Po korakih je predstavljeno sestavljanje komponent CNC stroja v kinematični model, kjer je prikazano, kako sestaviti geometrijske modele sestavnih delov stroja in kako določiti posamezne parametre stroja glede na dane zahteve. Obrazložen je postopek priprave poprocesorja in vsi koraki, s katerimi definiramo format krmilnika, kinematiko stroja in programsko kodo. Na koncu je predstavljena verifikacija CAM programa z namenom testa učinkovitosti poprocesiranja ter zaznave trkov orodij in stroja. Diploma se zaključi z rezultati in njihovo obrazložitvijo.

The diploma thesis covers instructions for the creation of a kinematic model and a post processor for a 3-axis CNC milling machine CV-14B. The introduction covers the general theory of machine kinematics, coordinate systems and CNC programming. In addition, the modelling of machine components and machine assembly are discussed step by step, where face and point selections, assembly tools and machine parameters are presented. Furthermore, the preparation of the post processor is described, where program codes, controller formats and machine formats of the post processor are shown. Finally, the CNC code verification is explained with the intention of detecting tool and machine collisions. The results are discussed and presented at the end of the diploma thesis. |
