Abstract

Zaščita pred električno preobremenitvijo je dandanes zelo pomembna, saj električno energijo srečamo skoraj v vsakem aspektu našega življenja. Inštalacijski odklopnik porabnike ščiti pred preobremenitvijo in kratkimi stiki, funkcijo proženja pa zagotavlja kombinirani magnetni sprožnik. Ta združuje funkciji termičnega in magnetnega proženja ter zagotavlja ustrezno prekinitev tokokroga. V diplomski nalogi bom predstavil postopek snovanja merilne naprave, ki bo preverjala ustrezno delovanje magnetnega dela sprožnika. Ker trenutno testiranje sprožnikov pomeni njihovo montažo in testiranje znotraj stikal, bomo s pridobitvijo take naprave iz procesa validacije delovanja magnetnega dela sprožnika izločili vrsto nepotrebnih operacij. S pomočjo naprave se bomo lahko osredotočili zgolj na sprožnik in odpravili ostale vplive.

Secondary abstract: The Protection against electrical overload is very important today because we encounter electricity in almost every aspect of our lives. The installation circuit breaker protects consumers from overload and short circuits and the trigger function is provided by a combined magnetic trigger. This combines functions of thermal and magnetic triggering, and ensures proper interruption of the circuit. In my diploma i will present the process of designing a measuring device that will check the proper functioning of the magnetic part of the trigger. Since the current testing of triggers means their installation and testing inside the switches, by obtaining such a device, we will eliminate a number of unnecessary operations from the process of validation of the operation of the magnetic part of the trigger. With the help of a measuring device, we will be able to focus only on the trigger and eliminate other influences. The device will enable the validation of any changes to the trigger or faster identification of any manufacturing errors.
