Abstract
V diplomskem delu je opisana katalitična piroliza in njena primerjava med različnimi vzorci odpadne plastike. Pirolizo smo izvedli na nizko gostotnem polietilenu (LDPE), visoko gostotnem polietilenu (HDPE), polipropilenu (PP) in polistirenu (PS). Kot katalizator smo uporabili zeolit ZAP-USY. Naredili smo celotno primerjavo rezultatov, določili IR spektre tekočega produkta, naredili primerjavo kurilne vrednosti z dizelskim gorivom in izračunali energetsko razmerje celotnega procesa pirolize. Ugotovili smo, da največ olja dobimo pri pirolizi HDPE s katalizatorjem in pri PP, ko v reakcijsko komoro nismo dodali katalizatorja. Pri upoštevanju vseh izmerjenih parametrov in meritev, je za pirolizo najboljše uporabiti plastiko tipa HDPE.

Catalytic pyrolysis of polymeric waste |
Secondary abstract: |
In this diploma thesis we describe catalytic pyrolysis and the comparison between different types of polymeric waste. The process of pyrolysis was performed on low density polyethylene (LDPE), high density polyethylene (HDPE), polypropylene (PP) and polystyrene (PS). As a catalyst we have used ZAP-USY zeolite. We made a complete comparison of the results, measured the IR spectra of the liquid product, made a comparison of the calorific value with diesel fuel and calculated the energy ratio of the entire pyrolysis course. We found that the biggest amount of oil was obtained by pyrolysis of HDPE with usage of catalyst and with PP when no catalyst was added to the reaction chamber. Considering all measured parameters and measurements, it is best to use HDPE type plastic for pyrolysis. |
