Abstract

V diplomskem delu z naslovom Neformalne oblike sodelovanja v vrtcih smo želeli raziskati, katere vrste neformalnih oblik se najpogosteje izvajajo v vrtcu Studenci Maribor, kako vzgojitelj starše seznanjajo z njimi in kako starši ocenjujejo sodelovanje z vzgojitelji. Diplomsko delo sestavljata teoretični in empirični del. V teoretičnem delu smo opisali, kako poteka sodelovanje med vrtcem in starši. Podrobneje smo opisali sodelovanje s starši, predstavili ovire, ki se pojavijo pri sodelovanju, potek komunikacije med vzgojitelji in starši ter metode in načela, ki jih lahko vzgojitelj uporabi pri delu s straši. V teoretičnem delu smo prav tako predstavili neformalne oblike sodelovanja med vrtcem in starši. V empiričnem delu smo predstavili rezultate raziskave o oblikah neformalnega sodelovanja med vrtcem in starši. Podatke, zbrane s pomočjo intervjujev za starše in vzgojitelje, smo nato obdelali kot vodeni intervju, kar pomeni, da so bili podatki obdelani vsebinsko kot kritično ovrednotenje podanih odgovorov.

Secondary title: Parents' and educators' views regarding implementation of informal forms of cooperation in kindergartens
Secondary abstract: In this diploma thesis titled Informal ways of cooperation in kindergartens we wanted to explore what forms of cooperation are carried out in Studenci kindergarten, how educators inform parents about them and how parents evaluate the cooperation with educators. The thesis is composed of two parts: theoretical and empirical one. In theoretical part we described the cooperation between the kindergarten and the parents. We have described in more detail the cooperation with parents and what obstacles emerge with cooperation, how communication between educators and parents takes place, and what methods and principles an educator can use when working with parents. In theoretical part we have introduced informal ways of cooperation between the kindergarten and the parents. In the empirical part we presented research results about informal ways of cooperation between the kindergarten and the parents. Data collected with parents and educators interviews we processed as a guided interview, which means that the data was processed for the contents in order to critically evaluate given answers.
