Abstract

Diplomsko delo opisuje konstruiranje in modeliranje naprave za podajanje in pridrževanje pločevine. Tema dela je iz podjetja Strojegradnja SAS. V podjetju bi želeli izdelati napravo, ki bi iz skladišča 8 pločevin samodejno podajala želeno pločevino v škarje za vzdolžni in prečni razrez. Cilj je bil napravo skonstruirati in zmodelirati v programskem paketu SolidWorks. Zadali smo si nekaj osnovnih zahtev in ciljev za napravo ter raziskali, kaj na trgu nudijo konkurenčna podjetja. Nato smo predstavili posamezne korake modeliranja. Sledilo je nekaj osnovnih ročnih preračunov ter analiza s pomočjo metode končnih elementov. Na koncu smo analizirali dobljene rezultate in pripravili tehniško dokumentacijo za izdelavo naprave.

Secondary abstract: This diploma thesis describes the design and modelling of a device for feeding and holding sheet metal. The topic of the thesis is based on the project of the company Strojegradnja SAS. The company would like to build a device that would automatically feed the desired sheet metal from their warehouse, where eight different kinds of sheet metal are stored, into the scissors for longitudinal and transverse cutting. The goal was to construct and model the device in the Solidworks software package. We set some basic requirements and goals for the device and researched the offers of competing companies on the market. We then presented the individual modelling steps. This was followed by some basic manual calculations and the analysis by using the finite element method. Finally, we analysed the obtained results and prepared technical documentation for the manufacture of the device.
