Abstract

Direktno vodenje hidravličnih valjev brez uporabe krmilnega ventila predstavlja novejši koncept energetsko varčnega vodenja valjev brez dušilnih izgub. Za namene študija tovrstnega pogona je potrebno zasnovati in izdelati kompaktno izvedbo naprave direktno vodenega hidravličnega valja, preučiti koncepte vodenja in preveriti delovanje sistema. V sklopu magistrskega dela bomo preučili obstoječe izvedbe tovrstnih pogonov ter izdelali lasten elektro hidravličen aktuator (v nadaljevanju EHA) s katerim bomo premikali poljubno breme. Na primerno hidravlično črpalko je potrebno namestiti servomotor ter ustrezno zasnovati in izdelati preostali hidravlični sistem.

Secondary title: Design and construction of directly controlled electro-hydraulic actuator
Secondary abstract: Direct control of hydraulic cylinders - without use of control valve, represents a newer concept of energy-saving control of cylinders, without damping losses. In order to study this type of drive, it is necessary to design and manufacture a compact model of the device of a directly guided hydraulic cylinder, to study the control concepts and to check the operation of the system. As a part of the master's thesis, we will study the existing implementations of such drives and create our own electro-hydraulic actuator (hereinafter EHA), with which we will move any load. A servomotor must be attached to a suitable hydrostatic unit (pump-motor). All the missing components needs to be designed and manufactured for completed hydraulic circuit.
