Abstract

V magistrski nalogi je predstavljeno konstruiranje dvižnega mehanizma, z mehanizmom za odvzem in odlaganje tovora, za AGV vozilo. Predstavljena je tehnologija vozil in njihovo delovanje. Magistrska naloga zajema iskanje primerne rešitve na podlagi že izdelanega modela vozila in izdelavo zahtevnika. Prikazani so preračuni za izbor potrebnih komponent. S pomočjo programa Solidworks sta bila izdelana modela obeh mehanizmov, ki sta bila nato združena skupaj in nameščena v obstoječ model vozila. Na koncu je prikazan končni model, ki dosega vse zadane zahteve ter tehniška dokumentacija, ki omogoča fizično izdelavo modela.

Secondary abstract: The master's thesis demonstrates the construction of a lifting mechanism with a mechanism for loading and unloading of cargo for an AGV. The master thesis presents the vehicles’ technology and their workings. It includes finding a suitable solution based on an already made vehicle model and making a request list. It shows calculations for selecting the required components. With the help of Solidworks, models of both mechanisms were developed. These were then combined together and installed in an existing vehicle model. At the end, the final model which meets all the set requirements is shown, and the technical documentation that enables the physical production of the model.
