Izboljšanje organizacije izrednega prevoza

Abstract

V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili primer logistične storitve, izvedbo in organizacijo cestnega izrednega prevoza. V prvem delu smo opredelili potrebna teoretična izhodišča, ki so potrebna za samo izvajanje prevoza. Vključili smo tudi potrebno zakonodajo za prevoze v cestnem prometu. V drugem delu smo na kratko predstavili podjetje, predstavili načrt prevoza in izvedno samega prevoza. Predstavili smo organizacijo in tudi potek prevoza na primeru s vsemi težavami in ovirami s katerimi se je prevoz soočal in kako so se le te rešile. Raziskali smo konkurenčnost v panogi in predstavili nekaj konkurentov našega podjetja. Na koncu smo podali še možne izboljšave za izredne prevoze v prihodnje in podali sklep ali so cilji doseženi.

Secondary abstract:	In the thesis we presented an example of the logistics service, implementation and the organization of extraordinary road transport. In the first part, we defined the necessary theoretical starting points, which are necessary for the implementation of transport. We have also included the necessary legislation for road transport. In the second part, we briefly presented the company, presented the transport plan and the implementation of the transport itself. We presented the organization and also the course of transport and all the problems and obstacles that the transport faced and how they were solved. We researched the competitiveness in the industry and presented some of our company’s competitors. Finally, we gave possible improvements for the extraordinary transport in the future and gave a conclusion on whether the goals have been achieved.
