Abstract

Lutka je pripomoček, s katerim pridobimo pozornost otroka, in hkrati posrednik med odraslim in otroki. Njena uporaba je priljubljena, saj omogoča lažjo komunikacijo, z njo dosegamo različne zastavljene cilje, otrokom pa predstavlja tudi zelo veliko motivacijo za sodelovanje. Z vključitvijo lutke v vsakdanjo rutino v vrtcu postane rutina bolj mehka in manj enolična. Otrokom z lutko na lažji način predstavimo določene okoliščine in probleme, pripomore pa tudi k boljšemu vzdušju v skupini. Komunikacija je proces pretoka informacij in je pomemben element v vzgoji in izobraževanju. Kadar komunicirata otrok in lutka, je komunikacija med njima posebna, saj se otrok prilagaja lutki in je ne želi razočarati. Lutka olajša komunikacijo in omogoči vzgojitelju lažje razumevanje otroka. V praktičnem delu diplomskega dela smo preverjali, ali lahko z uporabo lutke vplivamo na upoštevanje pravil pri otrocih. Postavili smo pravila v povezavi z vljudnostnimi izrazi, bontonom za mizo, pozdravljanjem, pospravljanjem, pravili v garderobi in opravičevanjem. Ob koncu praktičnega dela z lutko, ki smo ga izvajali dva tedna, smo opazili napredek otrok pri upoštevanju pravil. Pridobljeni rezultati so pokazali, da je prišlo do izboljšanja rezultatov pri vseh zastavljenih postavkah.

Secondary title: Teaching rules with a puppet
Secondary abstract: A puppet can be used as a tool for attracting children's attention and it also serves as an intermediary between an adult and children. Puppets are popular because they enable easier communication, they help us achieve different objectives and they motivate children to cooperate. By including a puppet in everyday routine in preschool, the routine becomes less rigid and monotonous. Puppets make it easier to introduce certain situations and problems to children and they contribute to a better atmosphere within the group. Communication is a process of information flow and an important part of education. When a child communicates with a puppet, the communication is special because the child adapts to the puppet and does not wish to disappoint it. Puppets facilitate communication and help the educator to better understand the child. In the practical part of the thesis, we investigated whether a puppet could be used to influence the observance of rules by children. We established rules related to courteous expressions, eating manners, greeting, putting things (toys) away, dressing/undressing and waiting in line, and apologising. At the end of the practical work with a puppet, which lasted two weeks, we observed progress in children's observance of the rules. The outcomes showed that the results were improved for all formulated hypotheses.
