Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljen potek konstruiranja navtičnega rezervoarja za gorivo v podjetju ROTO d. o. o.. Diplomsko delo se prične z zahtevo naročnika po konstruiranju in izdelavi navtičnega rezervoarja za gorivo, po kateri sledi natančen opis problematike ter metode dela. V nadaljevanju sledi predstavitev rezervoarjev za gorivo in postopka rotacijskega litja, nato je opisana faza konstruiranja navtičnega rezervoarja, ki vsebuje pripravo zahtevnika po standardu SIST EN ISO 21487 ter priprava skice. V zaključku diplomskega dela je predstavljena izdelava 3D-modelov rezervoarja in statični preračun z metodo končnih elementov v programskem paketu SolidWorks.

Secondary title: Designing of a nautic fuel tank
Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis presents the entire process of designing a nautic fuel tank in the ROTO company. The thesis begins with an order for designing and manufacturing a nautic fuel tank, followed by detailed presentation of the problematic and all of the design stages. This is then followed by general description of fuel tanks and manufacturing process called rotation molding, where we list all the design requirements, established by the SIST EN ISO 21487 standard. The thesis concludes with a fuel tank 3D-model creation and linear static analysis with finite element method in the SolidWorks software package.
