Abstract

V diplomskem delu sta predstavljeni ena izmed možnosti energetske sanacije enodružinske starejše hiše in zamenjava ogrevalnega sistema s sodobnim alternativnim virom ogrevanja. Na začetku diplomskega dela so predstavljene različne izvedbe toplotnih črpalk in njihove značilnosti. Na podlagi projektne dokumentacije smo s programom KI Energija 2017 izračunali potrebo po toploti za ogrevanje stavbe in potrebno energijo za pripravo tople sanitarne vode. Izračunali smo tudi investicijske stroške, stroške ogrevanja in priprave tople sanitarne vode pred in po sanaciji. Na osnovi tega smo izbrali toplotno črpalko. V analizi stroškov sta prav tako prikazana vrednost celotne sanacije in izračun ekonomske upravičenosti investicije.

Secondary title: Energy-efficient refurbishment and planning of the house heating with a heat pump
Secondary abstract: The thesis presents one of the possibilities of energy-efficient refurbishment of a single-family older house and the replacement of the heating system with a modern alternative heating source. At the beginning of the thesis, various implementations of heat pumps and their characteristics are presented. Based on the project documentation, we have calculated the heat demand for heating the building and the necessary energy for the preparation of hot sanitary water with the KI Energija 2017 program. We have also calculated investment costs, heating costs and the costs for hot sanitary water preparation before and after refurbishment. Based on this, we have chosen a heat pump. The cost analysis also shows the value of the entire refurbishment and the calculation of the economic viability of the investment.
