Abstract

V današnjem poslovnem okolju je pomembno uspešno upravljanje zalog materiala. V podjetjih se potreba po materialu hitro in neprestano spreminja, kar pomeni, da je dobra organiziranost nabave zelo pomembna. V diplomskem delu obravnavamo teorijo upravljanja zalog ter sistem nabave v podjetju Arcont. Izvedli bomo analizo zalog v podjetju Arcont za material, ki je potreben za izdelavo pregradne stene. Analiza bo zajemala obseg oziroma nivoje zalog, izračun optimalnih količin naročila, stroške naročanja ter stroške skladiščenja oziroma vzdrževanja. Izvedena bo analiza stroškov nabave za staro in novo modularno pregradno steno. Analizirali in izdelali bomo tabelo materialov, potrebnih za izdelavo pregradne stene in jih analizirali s pomočjo ABC in XYZ analize. V diplomskem delu bomo preverili, če je nabava v podjetju že optimizirana ali je možno stroške nabave še zmanjšati.

Secondary abstract:	In today's business environment, successful material inventory management is important. In companies, the need for material is changing rapidly and constantly, which means that a good organization of procurement is very important. In the study we discuss the theory of inventory management and the purchasing system in the company Arcont. We are going to do a inventory analysis for the material needed to make the partition wall. The analysis will include the volume or levels of stocks, the calculation of optimal order quantities, ordering costs and storage or maintenance costs. We are going to do an analysis of procurement costs for the old and new modular partition wall. We will analyze and produce a list of materials needed to make a partition wall and analyze them using ABC and XYZ analysis. In the study we will check whether the purchase in the company is already optimized or is it possible to reduce the purchase costs.
