Abstract

Zaključno delo se osredotoča na proces zaposlovanja v podjetju X, d.o.o. Želeli smo ugotoviti, kako so novo zaposleni v podjetju X zadovoljni s postopkom zaposlovanja in kako podjetje kadre pridobiva in izbira. Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na dva dela, in sicer na teoretični in empirični del. V prvem delu smo predstavili nekaj teoretičnih osnov in pogledov različnih avtorjev. Na kratko smo opredelili pojem kadrovskega menedžmenta in ključne naloge kadrovske funkcije. Podrobneje smo opisali proces pridobivanja in selekcije kadrov in preverili kakšne metode imajo podjetja na voljo pri teh dveh procesih. Teoretični del smo zaključili s kratkim pogledom v prihodnost upravljanja s človeškimi viri. V nadaljevanju smo na kratko predstavili podjetje in s pomočjo ankete odgovorili na zastavljena raziskovalna vprašanja. Osredotočili smo se na novo zaposlene delavce v zadnjih treh letih. Ugotovili smo, da proces zaposlovanja kadrov v podjetju X poteka dobro, z nekaj pomanjkljivostmi, za katere smo predlagali določene izboljšave in nakazali smeri, za katere menimo, da bi lahko vsaj delno pripomogle k rešitvi.

Secondary abstract: The final work focuses on the employment process in company X, d.o.o. We wanted to find out how new employees in company X are satisfied with the recruitment process and how the company acquires and selects new employees. The final work is divided into two parts, theoretical and empirical part. In the first part, we presented some theoretical foundations and views of different authors. We shortly defined the concept of personnel management and the key tasks of the personnel functions. We described more details of the process of recruiting and selecting staff and checked available methods for companies in these two processes. We concluded the theoretical part with a brief look at the future of human resource management. In the continuation, we shortly presented the company and, with the help of the survey, answered the set research questions. We focused on new workers hired in the last three years, and we found out that the recruitment process in company X is going well, with some deficiencies for which we have suggested certain improvements and indicated directions that we believe could at least partially contribute to the solution.
