Abstract

diplomskem delu je predstavljen razvoj avtomatske delovne postaje, ki jo bo izdelalo podjetje Iskra AMS za svojega kupca. Obrazložene bodo zahteve naročnika in problemi ter njihove rešitve. V nalogi bodo prikazani posamezni deli celice ter njihov razvoj in ideje, ki so pripeljale do končnega izdelka ter rešitev. S pomočjo programa Solidworks bodo izdelani 3D modeli posameznih delov celice in umestitve komponent proizvajalcev strojne opreme. Rezultat tega diplomskega dela bodo ideje in rešitve posameznih operacij, na osnovi katerih se bo v podjetju izdelal detajliran 3D model in tehnična dokumentacija za izdelavo.

Secondary title: Development of an automatic workstation for cleaning and marking workpieces
Secondary abstract: The diploma presents the development of an automatic workstation, which will be manufactured by Iskra AMS for its client. The client's requirements, problems and their solutions will be explained. The diploma will show the individual parts of the cell and their development and ideas that led to the final product and solutions. With the help of CAD software Solidworks, 3D models of individual parts of the cell and the placement of components from hardware manufacturers will be created. The result of this diploma work will be ideas and solutions of individual operations based on which the company will produce a detailed 3D model and technical documentation for the production.
