Zaupanje uporabnikov v oblačne storitve

Abstract

Ponudniki oblačnih storitev uporabnikom preko interneta ponujajo različne vrste storitev. Ena izmed zelo pogosto uporabljenih storitev je shranjevanje podatkov. Kadar uporabnik hrani podatke na mesto, kjer nima nadzora nad njimi, ga lahko skrbi za varnost svojih podatkov. V diplomskem delu smo naredili raziskavo za vpliv zaupanja na uporabo oblačne storitve. Izbrali smo tri oblačne storitve za shranjevanje podatkov, in sicer OneDrive, Google Drive in Dropbox. V diplomskem delu predstavljamo omenjene oblačne storitve, njihovo funkcionalnost in mehanizme varovanja podatkov. Osrednji del diplomskega dela je raziskovalni model, ki smo ga preverili s pomočjo spletnega vprašalnika. Rezultate smo analizirali s pomočjo orodij SPSS in AMOS. Na podlagi rezultatov smo ugotovili, da uporabniki zaupajo v oblačne storitve v manjši meri. Glavni dejavnik, ki je vplival na odločitev uporabe oblačne storitve, je bil zaznana koristnost ali uporaba. Na podlagi rezultatov smo ugotovili, da uporabniki zaupajo v to, da bodo imeli korist od storitve.

Secondary abstract:	Cloud service providers offers users different kinds of services over the Internet. One commonly used service is data storage. Whenever a user keeps data in a place where he has no control over it, he could get worried about the safety of his data. In our thesis, we did a research on the effect of trust on using cloud services. We chose three cloud storage services, namely OneDrive, Google Drive and Dropbox. In the thesis we present the mentioned cloud services, their functionality, and data protection mechanisms. The central part of the thesis is a research model, which we examined with the help of an online questionnaire. The results were analysed using SPSS and AMOS. Based on the results we found that users trust cloud services to a lesser extent. The main factor influencing the decision to use the cloud service was perceived use. Based on the results, we found that users trust that they will benefit from the service.
