Abstract
S konflikti se srečujemo vsakodnevno in četudi jih običajno označujemo za nekaj negativnega, nezaželenega, so za dober medosebni odnos zelo pomembni. Konflikti se pojavljajo povsod, kjer sta v nekem odnosu vsaj dva človeka ne glede na starostno obdobje. Torej so prisotni v vseh življenjskih obdobjih, tudi vrtčevskem oz. predšolskem obdobju. Zato je zelo pomembno, da se z njimi soočimo pravilno in dovolj hitro, da jih rešujemo na optimalen in konstruktiven način, predvsem pa, da se jih ne bojimo. V teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela so podani različni strokovni vidiki o konfliktih, vzroki za njihov nastanek in so naštete morebitne posledice. Predstavljene so vrste konfliktov in možni načini reševanja le-teh. Predstavljeni so tudi konflikti v vrtcu, medvrstniško nasilje, vloga vzgojitelja in otroka ter vpliv konfliktov na otrokovo osebnost in socializacijo v ključnem - predšolskem obdobju. Empirični del predstavlja rezultate empirične raziskave, v kateri je sodelovalo 216 anketiranih strokovnih delavcev v vrtcih po celi Sloveniji. V raziskavi nas je zanimalo, kako se na konflikte v vrtcu odzivajo otroci v različnih starostnih skupinah in kako vzgojitelji glede na čas zaposlitve v vrtcu ter delovno mesto. Ugotovitve kažejo, da se v prvem starostnem obdobju otroci na konflikte odzivajo predvsem z jokom, v drugem pa jih po večini že skušajo reševati sami ali s pomočjo vzgojitelja. Odzivi vzgojiteljev ob konfliktni medvrstniških okoliščinah se kažejo predvsem tako, da se tisti z daljšim delovnim stažem in tisti na delovnem mestu vzgojitelja, v konflikte vmešavajo manj kot drugi.

We encounter conflicts on a daily basis and even if we label them as something negative, undesirable, they are extremely important for a good interpersonal relationship. Conflicts occur wherever there are at least two people involved in a relatioship, regardless of age. So they are present in all periods of life, including kindergarten and preschool. Therefore, it is very important that we deal with them correctly and quickly enough to resolve them in an optimal and constructive way, and above all, that we are not afraid of them. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis presents various proffesional aspects of the authors about the very concept of conflict, causes and consequences of conflicts, different definitions of conflicts, reasons for conflicts and the importance of resolving them. Conflicts in kindergarten, peer violence, the role of the educator and the child, and the impact of conflicts on the child's personality and socialization in the key - pre-school period are also presented. The empirical part presents the results of empirical research in which 216 surveyed proffesionals in kindregartens throughout Slovenia participated. In the research, we were interested in how children in different age groups respond to conflicts in kindergarten, and how educators, according to the time of their employment in kindergarten and their workplace. The findings show that in the first age group, children respond to conflicts mainly by crying, while in the second age group they mostly try to resolve them on their own or with the help of an educator. The educators' responses in the event of a conflict situation are mainly reflected in the fact that those with longer work experience and those in the educator's workplace interfere in conflicts less than others. |
