Abstract
Zvezno krmiljenje se v hidravliki uporablja za boljši nadzor pomikanja in pozicioniranja hidravličnih aktuatorjev. V nalogi smo obravnavali hidravlični valj za pomikanje livnega bata v stroju za tlačno litje aluminija. Za takšen sistem je pomembno natančno nadzorovanje hitrosti, pospeškov, tlakov in pozicioniranje livnega bata. Krmilje smo izvedli dvoosno, v odvisnosti od pomika in tlaka v hidravličnem valju. Izbrali smo potrebne hidravlične in električne komponente. Na koncu smo izdelali preizkuševališče za simuliranje in analiziranje delovanja sistema livnega bata ter izvedli meritve.

Proportional control is used to better control the movement and positioning of hydraulic actuators. The task was to control hydraulic cylinder for the movement of the casting plunger for die casting of aluminium. For this type of system, it is important precisely control the speed, acceleration, pressure and position of the plunger. We performed a two - axes control, depending on the position and pressure in the hydraulic cylinder. We have chosen hydraulic and electric components. Finally, we built the test rig for simulate and analyse the work of the casting plunger and performed measurements. |
