Abstract

V hrvaškem bančnem sistemu trenutno potekajo pomembni procesi sanacije. V delu diplomskega seminarja podrobneje proučimo proces, instrumente in modele sanacije bank. V prvem delu predstavimo definicijo sanacije bank ter instrumente, modele kot so dokapitalizacija, likvidacija ter možnosti sanacije bank. Sanacija banke pomeni njeno okrevanje in vnovično vzpostavitev predpisanih pogojev za njeno delovanje. Nadaljujemo z nastankom in razvojem bančništva na Hrvaškem, kjer se osredotočimo predvsem na bančništvo do in po neodvisnosti. Na koncu primerjamo sanacije bank na osnovi izbranih kriterijev, kot sta trajanje sanacije in ukrepi države pri sanaciji.

Secondary abstract: In the Croatian banking sector there are important processes, namely rehabilitation of the Croatian banking system. This seminar is further engaged with the process of rehabilitation, instruments of rehabilitation and models of rehabilitation. The first section presents definition of rehabilitation, instruments, and models such as capital injection, the liquidation, and rehabilitation options. Rehabilitation means the recovery of the Bank and the reestablishment of the prescribed conditions for its operation. We continue with the emergence and development of banking in Croatia, focusing on banking until independence, after independence, etc. At the end we compare rehabilitation on the basis of selected criteria such as duration of the rehabilitation and the state measures for rehabilitation.
