Abstract

Diplomsko delo preučuje napetosti, ki delujejo na vzvodno roko na napravi za oblikovanje priključkov na konektorjih. Geometrija modela je bila izdelana s programom Solidworks in vnesena v programski paket Abaqus CAE, za izvedbo numerične analize s končnimi elementi. Analizo smo opravili v dveh položajih in jih primerjali. S programom Solidworks smo izvedli topološko optimizacijo, s katero smo si pomagali določiti mesta kjer lahko odstranimo material. Napram analizam smo izdelali eno rešitev. Iz rezultatov rešitve smo razbrali, da smo zmanjšali skupno maso in delno izboljšali razporeditev napetosti.

Secondary abstract: Diploma thesis examines the distribution of stress of a lever arm on a machine for forming pins on connectors. Geometry of the existing model was modelled in Solidworks and exported to Abaqus CAE for stress analysis with finite element method. Analysis was made in two different positions, which results we compared. Solidworks topology optimization was used for easier representation where material can be removed. Prior to analysis, one construction solution was made to improve mass. Results have shown that mass was reduced and stress was distributed along the lever arm.
