Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je opisan razvoj digitaliziranega sistema izpolnjevanja merilnih protokolov v podjetju SIJ Ravne Systems. Najprej smo predelali teoretične osnove, nato pa smo analizirali dosedanji postopek izvajanja meritev in izpolnjevanja merilnih protokolov. Ko smo ugotovili, kaj je potrebno za dobro izpolnjen merilni protokol, smo pričeli z razvojem digitaliziranega postopka izpolnjevanja merilnih protokolov. Opisali smo pripravo merilnega protokola, izvajanje meritev in beleženje rezultatov. Po zasnovi digitaliziranega postopka smo izvedli testiranje delovanja in analizo sistema. Naredili smo praktični preizkus merjenja krožnih nožev in priprave poročila o meritvah oz. merilnega protokola. Na koncu smo naredili še primerjavo med starim in novim (digitaliziranim) postopkom priprave in izpolnitve merilnih protokolov.

Secondary title: Digitalization of measurement protocols in the company SIJ Ravne Systems
Secondary abstract: The thesis describes development of a digitalized system for the preparation of measurement protocols in the company SIJ Ravne Systems. First, we have made a research of theoretical basics. Then we have analysed the current process of measuring and preparation of measurement protocol. Once we have determined what is needed for well-completed measurement protocol, we started with the development of a digitalized process. We described the preparation of the measurement protocol, product measurement and recording of results. Then we have tested design of the digitalized process and analysed it. We performed a practical test of measuring circular knives and prepared measurement report. Finally, after testing and analysing we have made a comparison between the old and the new (digitalized) process of preparing and fulfilling of a measurement protocol.
