Abstract

Magistrsko delo obravnava numerično simulacijo vstavljanja žilne opornice v koronarno arterijo. V uvodu je predstavljeno ozadje obravnavane problematike. Prav tako je opisana uporaba žilnih opornic v medicini. Predstavljene so tudi teoretične osnove eksplicitnih analiz po metodi končnih elementov. V nadaljevanju je predstavljena izdelava geometrijskih 3D-modelov žilnih opornic, ki je bila izvedena s programskim paketom SolidWorks. Na osnovi CAD-modelov je bil izgrajen numerični model v programskem paketu ANSYS. V sklepnem delu so predstavljeni rezultati strukturnih numeričnih analiz in diskusija.

Secondary title: Numerical simulation of vascular stent insertion
Secondary abstract: The master's thesis addresses the numerical simulation of vascular stent insertion into the coronary artery. The introduction discusses the background of the problem under consideration and describes the use of vascular stents in medicine. The thesis also offers insight into the theoretical fundamentals explicit analyses of the finite element method. Moreover, the making of geometrical 3D stent models implemented by the SolidWorks software package is presented. Based on the CAD models, a numerical model was built into the ANSYS software package. The final section offers the results of the structural numerical analyses and the discussion.
