Abstract
V magistrski nalogi smo izdelali DEM analizo obrabe pločevine presipnega mesta tračnega transporterja z uporabo programa EDEM. V numerični analizi smo najprej določili geometrijo presipnega mesta, ki jo sestavljajo dohodni del tračnega transporterja, odhodni del tračnega transporterja, pogonski boben in presipno mesto. S pomočjo računalniško podprtega orodja EDEM smo izdelali numerično DEM analizo obrabe pločevine presipnega mesta, pri čemer smo spreminjali parametre oblike presipnega mesta, material (pločevine) presipnega mesta, hitrost transportiranih delcev in velikost masnega toka transportiranih delcev. Pri analizi obrabe pločevine presipnega mesta smo dobili ustrezne mere izbrane oblike presipnega mesta in ustrezno hitrost transportiranega materiala, ki nam prinaša najdaljšo življenjsko (obratovalno) dobo presipnega mesta. Izdelali smo tudi primerjavo obrabe pločevine presipnega mesta, ki nastane pri različnih masnih tokih transportiranih delcev, vlažnostih transportiranih delcev in materialnih lastnostih pločevine presipnega mesta. Vsi rezultati so tudi grafično prikazani.

In the context of this master’s thesis we made a DEM analysis of sheet metal wear of belt conveyor transfere chute using the EDEM program. In the numerical analysis, we first determined the geometry of the belt conveyor transfer chute system, which consists of the incoming conveyor belt, the outgoing conveyor belt, the drive drum and the transfere chute. With the help of a computer aided tool EDEM, we performed a numerical DEM analysis of the sheet metal wear of the transfere chute, whereby we were changing the parameters of the transfer chute shape, the transfer chute material, the velocity of the transported particles and the size of the mass flow of the transported particles. In wear analysis of the transfer chute, we obtained the appropriate dimensions of our chosen shape of the transfer chute and the appropriate speed of the transported material, which gives us the longest service life of the transfer chute. We also made a comparison of the wear in transfere chute that occurs at different mass flows of transported particles, the humidity of the transported particles and the material properties of the transfere chute. All results are also shown graphically. |
