Abstract

Diplomska naloga Meritev obratovalnih karakteristik vetrnih turbin primerja obratovalne karakteristike rotorjev pod različnimi vhodnimi pogoji in analizira dobljene rezultate na podlagi merjenj. Merjenja najprej potekajo s pomočjo izmerjenega električnega toka in napetosti na enosmernem generatorju, a so dobljeni rezultati končnih izkoristkov precej nizki, zato se razvije nov merilni sistem, ki s pomočjo merilnih lističev in njihove upornosti meri silo, ki deluje na ročico preko katere je vpet enosmerni generator. Po umerjanju novo razvitega merilnega sistema se na istih rotorjih z enakimi vrtilnimi frekvencami, kot se je merilo v predhodnih merjenjih, izmeri sila na rotorju turbine in iz tega navor ter moč turbine. Končni koeficienti izkoristkov turbine z merilnim sistemom, ki meri s pomočjo mehanskih veličin so precej višji in ne presegajo Betzove limite, zato lahko na podlagi rezultatov (ki so ponovljivi) trdimo, da je ta merilni sistem ugodnejši za merjenje karakteristih rotorja, saj nanj vpliva manj zunanjih faktorjev kot na sistem, ki meri električne veličine, kjer se mora upoštevati še pretvorba iz mehanske v električno energijo skupaj z vsemi izgubami, ki pa za merjenje karakteristik rotorja niso relevantne.

Secondary abstract: Diploma Measurement of operating characteristics of wind turbines compare operating characteristics of wind turbines under different input conditions, and analyses given results of measurement. Measurements take place first time with help of measured electric current and voltage on DC generator, but the results of final efficiencies are very low. That is the reason why a new measurement system is being developed. The force acting on the lever at the bearings where DC generator is attached is measured with strain gauges. After calibration of new measurement system, the force is measured on same rotors with same rotational speed as on first measurement system. With results it is possible to calculate torque and power of turbine. Final coefficient ratios are much higher, but still do not exceed Betz's limit, so we can say that new measurement system is more appropriate. The reason tor this is in less external influences, comparing to the first system that measures electrical quantities, where conversion from mechanical to electrical energy includes all losses.
