Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava večstopenjska mešala in vpliv večstopenjskih mešal na navor, moč in Ne število. Na začetku je podano teoretično ozadje mešalnih procesov, kjer dobimo osnovni pogled na mešala, njihove naloge in tipe tokov, ki jih proizvedejo. Izbrani mešali sta bili radialno Rushtonovo mešalo in aksialno Ekato mešalo. Kasneje sledi poglavje, kjer poteka opis merilne opreme in potek meritev. Meritve se razlikujejo po različni konfiguraciji mešal in razdaljah med mešali. Na podlagi opravljenih meritev sledi analiza dobljenih rezultatov, kjer zaključke potegnemo v skladu s teoretičnem ozadjem.

Secondary title: The influence of geometry parameters in the multistage stirrer laboratory mixing device on mixing efficiency
Secondary abstract: The bachelor’s thesis discusses multi-stage impellers and the influence of multi-stage impeller on torque, power, and Ne number. In the beginning, the theoretical background of stirring processes is given where we get a basic view of stirrers, their tasks, and the types of flows they produce. The selected mixers were the radial Rushton stirrer and the Ekato axial stirrer. This is followed by a section describing the measuring equipment and the course of the measurements. The measurements differ according to the different configuration of stirrers and the distance between stirrers. Based on the performed measurements, the analysis of the obtained results follows where the conclusions are drawn following the theoretical background.
