Abstract
V magistrski nalogi je predstavljen postopek rekonstrukcije glave kovaške stiskalnice SH 25/30 MN, ki je v lasti podjetja SIJ Metal Ravne. V podjetju so se odločili za zamenjavo glave, saj so se na obstoječi konstrukciji z leti obratovanja pojavile razpoke. Naloge smo se lotili tako, da smo najprej opravili informativen analitični preračun, ki mu je sledila numerična analiza obstoječe konstrukcije po metodi končnih elementov. S pomočjo numerične simulacije smo določili kritična mesta z lokalno koncentracijo napetosti ter določili predviden obratovalni čas do tvorbe razpoke. V nadaljevanju smo na podlagi pridobljenih rezultatov opravili izboljšave kritičnih detajlov. Ustreznost nove konstrukcije smo preverili s ponovno izvedbo numerične simulacije, za kontrolo zvarnih mest pa smo uporabili smernice DS 952. Na koncu je nastal nov ojačan model glave, s katerim je trajno odpravljena problematika tvorjenja utrujenostnih razpok.

Secondary abstract: |
In the master´s thesis, we presented the process of reconstruction of the head of the forging press SH 25/30 MN, which is owned by the company SIJ Metal Ravne. The company decided to replace the head, as cracks appeared on the existing structure over the years of operation. We tackled the task so that we first performed an informative analytical calculation, followed by a numerical analysis of the existing structure by the finite element method. With the help of numerical simulation, we determined the critical points with the local stress concentration and determined the predicted operating time until crack formation. In the next step, we have made improvements to critical details, which were based on the obtained results. We checked the suitability of the new construction again by performing a numerical simulation. We used the DS 952 guidelines for inspection of the welds. In the end, a new reinforced head model was created, which permanently eliminated the problem of the formation of fatigue cracks |
