Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava izboljšavo delovanja vodila drsnih vrat smetarnika, ki ga proizvajajo v podjetju Dukin d.o.o. Cilj diplomske naloge je bil pripraviti 3D CAD model celotnih vrat, določiti vzroke zatikanja vrat na podlagi geometrijskih in terenskih napak izdelave in montaže konstrukcije smetarnika. S pomočjo numeričnih metod smo računalniški model obremenili in ga simulirali pod različnimi obremenitvenimi pogoji. Simulacije smo izvedli z uporabo metode končnih elementov. Dobljene rezultate vsake izvedene analize smo sproti beležili in jih na koncu primerjali med seboj. Na podlagi dobljenih rezultatov smo podali predloge za izboljšavo delovanja vodenja vrat smetarnika.

Secondary title: Sliding door operation improvement of the waste enclosure
Secondary abstract: This work is about the improvement of the sliding door guide operation of the waste bin enclosure, which is produced by the company Dukin d.o.o. The aim of the study was to create a 3D CAD model of the whole door, to determine the causes of door jamming on the basis of geometrical and production errors and effects of waste bin enclosure assembly. Using numerical methods we loaded the computer model and simulated it under different loading conditions. The simulations were performed using the finite element method. The results obtained from each analysis were continuously recorded and finally compared. Based on the results, we made suggestions for the improvement of the waste enclosure sliding door operation.
