Abstract

Cilj diplomske naloge je bil zasnovati in izdelati servo-pnevmatski pozicionirni sistem. Ta uporablja servo-pnevmatski ventil Enfield S2 ter induktivno senzorsko letev Sick MPA. S pomočjo teh komponent in programirljivega logičnega krmilnika Siemens S7 lahko sistem precizno pozicionira batnico pnevmatskega aktuatorja ter na njo pritrjeno breme. Avtomatsko vodenje sistema je možno upravljati preko tipk na nadzorni plošči, prav tako je možno ročno vodenje sistema z vrtenjem potenciometra. Sistem smo tudi testirali in na podlagi rezultatov testiranj določili točnost ter ponovljivost pozicioniranja batnice vzdolž pnevmatskega aktuatorja.

Secondary title: Precise positioning of pneumatic cylinder
Secondary abstract: The purpose of this diploma thesis was to design and build a servo-pneumatic positioning system. This one uses the Enfield S2 servo-pneumatic valve and the Sick MPA inductive sensor rod. With the help of these components and the programmable Siemens S7 controller the system is capable of precisely positioning the piston rod of the pneumatic actuator and its attached weight. The automatic system control is operable with buttons on the control panel, while manual system control is also possible with rotating the potentiometer. We have conducted system tests and with the help of the testing results we could determine the accuracy and repeatability of positioning the piston rod along the pneumatic actuator.
