Abstract

V diplomski nalogi, katera je nastala v sodelovanju s podjetjem Revoz d. d., smo predstavili obstoječo ročno vpenjalno pripravo. Opisali smo dosedanji postopek varjenja in lastnosti vpenjalne priprave ter določili razloge, zakaj je potrebno pripravo optimizirati. Proces snovanja priprave je potekal v več fazah. Pri načrtovanju smo določili zahtevnik, s pomočjo katerega smo oblikovali štiri koncepte za dodajanje zvarjenca v fazi koncipiranja. Za najbolj učinkovito rešitev se je izkazala rešitev z linearnim pomikom. Poleg konstruiranja rešitve dodajanja zvarjenca smo optimizirali tudi podsklope na celotni pripravi.

Secondary title: Construction of a robotic assembly device
Secondary abstract: In this bachelor’s degree, created in association with Revoz d.d., we will present the current heavy-duty pneumatic clamping device. We will explain the current welding process of the clamping device and its characteristics, additionally we will demonstrate why it is essential to optimize it. The creation process was carried out in distinct phases. While planning we specified the demands that needed to be met, with the help of which we conceptualized four different systems of sheet metal parts delivery. Testing showed that the best solution entailed linear movement; moreover, additionally to creating a solution for effective delivery of parts we optimized sub-sections of the whole device.
