Abstract
Diplomski projekt je sestavljen iz dveh delov: v teoretičnem delu so predstavljeni nabavna funkcija z definicijami različnih avtorjev, bistvene odgovornosti, cilji, strategije nabave in nabavnega procesa, opisani pa so tudi postopek poteka iskanja dobaviteljev v podjetju, sklepanje pogodb, naročilo in prevzem materiala ter evidentiranje.
V drugem, praktičnem delu diplomskega projekta sta najprej predstavljeni živilskopredelovalna industrija in uspešnost poslovanja v Sloveniji na splošno. Nato predstavimo podjetje Mlinopek d. d., njegovo vizijo in cilje. V nadaljevanju sta opisana nabavno poslovanje ter potek nabave v enem izmed nabavnih oddelkov podjetja, v pekarni. Na koncu podamo svoje predloge za izboljšanje nabave v organizaciji.

The graduation thesis consists of two parts: the theoretical part, which describes the procurement function with definitions by different authors, the essential responsibilities, goals, procurement strategies and the procurement procedure, as well as the procedure of finding suppliers, concluding contracts, ordering and receiving ordered materials and finally, records keeping.
In the second, practical, part of the graduation thesis, the food processing industry and business performance in Slovenia in general have been presented first. Then the Mlinopek d.d., company has been presented with their vision and goals, followed by the description of the procurement operations and an illustration of the procurement procedure in one of the company's procurement departments - the bakery. Finally, my own suggestions for improving the procurement in the organization are given. |
