magistrsko delo magistrskega študijskega programa II. stopnje Strojništvo
Abstract
V magistrskem delu bomo preverjali različne tehnologije obdelave slepe izvrtine premera 3,63 mm z obojestransko toleranco 0,01 mm.

Optimization of the blind drilled hole into aluminum die casted part |
Secondary abstract: |
In the master's thesis, we will test different technologies for processing a blind hole with a diameter of 3.63 mm with a dual sided tolerance of 0.01 mm. Of all the influential parameters, those with the greatest impact will be excluded. We will focus on the parameters whose adjustments represent the lowest costs (tool, emulsion concentration, processing parameters during drilling). Attempts will be made to optimize these parameters. With each technology (combination of different parameters) a certain number of pieces will be produced, which will then be checked with measuring equipment. Thus, we will define the most optimal technology for making a blind hole in an aluminium casting. |
