Abstract

V diplomskem delu je bilo treba skonstruirati zavoro za mehanski pulzirni stroj Schenck. Ob pretrgu preizkušanca prelomljena dela udarjata drug ob drugega. Za pravočasno zaustavitev pretrganih delov preizkušanca je bilo treba skonstruirati zavorni mehanizem. Pregled in preureditev že obstoječih načinov zaviranja sta nam omogočila izdelavo različnih konceptov zaviranja. Koncepte smo nato vrednotili po tehničnem in ekonomskem kriteriju in izbrali najbolj učinkovit koncept. Za izbran koncept je bilo potem treba skonstruirati nosilno konstrukcijo in izdelati celoten sestav zavore. Za celoten sestav in nosilno konstrukcijo smo izdelali tehnično dokumentacijo in trdnostno analizo nosilnih elementov.

Secondary title: Development of a braking mechanism for a fatigue testing machine
Secondary abstract: The objective of the diploma thesis was to construct a braking system for a Schenck oscillating machine. When the test specimen is broken the broken parts are hitting each other. To stop oscillation of the broken parts of the specimen in a timely manner it was necessary to design a braking system. An overview and rearrangement of existing methods of braking allowed us to compose various braking concepts. These concepts were then evaluated according to the technical and financial criteria. After the concept evaluation phase, the best concept according to our criteria was chosen. For the chosen concept it was required to design a load-bearing structure and compose the entire brake assembly. For the entire assembly and load-bearing structure, a technical documentation was made. For load-bearing structure also the stress-strain analysis was carried out.
